Moore & Bruggink has surveyed, designed and engineered Phases I and II of the Richview Estates Plat in Walker, and we are currently beginning design work for Phase III. Plat design generally includes performing a topographic survey of the property, presenting layout options and cost estimates to the developer, designing roads, sanitary sewer and watermain, designing stormwater detention facilities, and obtaining all necessary approvals and permits required for construction. The Richview Estates plat offers unique environmental opportunities including large areas of natural wetlands, which we have designed around and preserved during construction operations. These wetland areas are being permanently protected from disturbance by means of conservation easements.
