Northridge Industrial Park – This project involved the design and construction of trunk sanitary sewer and watermains, roadways, and drainage systems to service a new industrial park in the City of Walker. Moore & Bruggink also provided site planning services for all buildings in the park, including field surveying and CAD. The project included Michigan Department of Natural Resources permits for wetlands, bridge hydraulics, and sanitary sewer construction, Michigan Department of Public Health permits for watermain construction, and Michigan Department of Transportation permits for five separate bore and jack operations under I-96.
