Bill leads the firm's land development services from site selection and project conceptual design through the implementation and completion of both private and public facilities for commercial, industrial, and residential developments.  He is also experienced in soils evaluations, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and land acquisition.  He provides quality management and control on all site development projects, assures all work is performed in accordance with applicable specifications and standards, and manages the Survey Department.

Engineer and employee owner Joe Camp, P.E., came to Moore & Bruggink after a 20-year career with the Navy Civil Engineer Corps, overseeing construction projects in the U.S. and overseas, including his final position as Commanding Officer at the Presidential Retreat in Camp David, MD. Joe heads up project management oversight.
