JOSEPH CAMP 
NAMED VICE PRESIDENT OF MOORE & BRUGGINK

GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan – December 11, 2002 – Project Manager and shareholder Joseph D. Camp, P.E., has been named Vice President and promoted to a seat on the company executive team.

"Joe Camp joined Moore & Bruggink in 1994 and since that time has contributed excellent engineering know-how. Beyond that, he has demonstrated impressive leadership and project management skills time and again -- skills that have made our inside team stronger and our client product better than ever," says CEO Voogt.

Before joining the firm, Camp was Commanding Officer of the Presidential Retreat Camp David in Thurmont, Maryland. During his 20 years of military service with the United States Navy Civil Engineer Corps, his experience included facilities management, financial management, and utility system maintenance and public works administration. With Moore & Bruggink, Camp has managed such diverse projects as the reconstruction of Monroe Center in Grand Rapids, an award-winning pedestrian trail system in the Grand Haven area, the City of Walker's Central Park, the Grand Rapids Utility Master Plan, and road, utility and park projects from Allegan to Zeeland.
