J. W. MARRIOTT HOTEL -- Moore & Bruggink prepared an ALTA land title survey and topographic survey for the design of a new 369,000 sft luxury hotel with 340 rooms and 750 space parking deck. Staked and as-built pile and column bolt locations for the entire building; staked all plumbing sleeves on every floor of this 24 story building; staked and checked curtain wall on exterior of building; provided as-built floor elevations, column and wall lines; prepared two amended plats for vacation of streets and alleys for combined ownership; prepared as-built survey of entire site; staked and graded Louis Street including underground utilities for street design.

Moore & Bruggink also provided site plans for the expansion of the River Front Building, and amended the existing Condominium Subdivision plans. We also prepared the MDEQ permit application exhibits for river wall modification, and provided Condominium Subdivision plans for the new hotel parking structure.
